Authenticity of the reviews

In our online shop, we use features and content from the Loox.io service, particularly for collecting and displaying product reviews. If you place an order with us, you will receive an email after your goods have been delivered, in which you can rate the products you received.

Note regarding the authenticity of the reviews

Our review function is publicly accessible in the online shop. Reviews are verified as follows: Before publication, we individually check reviews of our products to ensure they were submitted by a customer who actually purchased the goods from us. Reviews are only activated after 24 hours. Customers write their comments in their own words.

Reviews marked with "Verified"

Reviews.io sends review invitations via email after a specified period following order shipment. If Reviews.io can automatically match a review to an order in our Shopify store system, Loox.io displays the additional notification "Confirmed". We have no way to manually add the "Confirmed" notification.

Reviews without the "Verified" label typically come from customers who ordered through our external crowdfunding campaigns and cannot be automatically verified by Reviews.io. We manually verify the authenticity of these reviews by comparing the email addresses provided during the ordering process with those provided during the review submission.

Grade calculation

The grading system is based on 5 stars (very good), 4 stars (good), 3 stars (satisfactory), 2 stars (adequate), and 1 star (poor). The average rating is calculated by taking all ratings into account.
